- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
- 3 c. grated raw carrots
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Mix all dry ingredients.

2Add oil and eggs, one at a time. Mix well after each addition.

3Add carrots, mix well.

4Fold in chopped nuts.

5Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.

6Use 9 x 13-inch pan.

7Grease pan and flour lightly to prevent sticking.
