- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 whole eggs
- 1 1/2 c. oil
- 3 c. grated raw carrots
Directions

1Sift dry ingredients together in a large bowl.

2In another bowl, beat eggs and oil.

3Add carrots and mix well.

4Add to dry ingredients and mix well.

5Divide evenly between two 9-inch cake pans.
