  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 1/4 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 8 oz. crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 c. shredded carrots
  • 2 c. pecans, chopped
