- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 8 medium size carrots
- 1 c. pecans
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp. baking soda
Directions

1Put eggs, oil, vanilla and carrots into blender container. Cover and use #5 speed, just until carrots are chopped.

2Stop now and then and push carrots to bottom of container.

3Add pecans. Use hold on button with quick on and off motions several times, until pecans are chopped.
