  • 2 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 3 c. grated carrots
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

    Beat oil and sugar well.
