- 2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 tsp. soda
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 3 c. grated carrots
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Directions

1Beat oil and sugar well.

3Sift flour, cinnamon, soda and baking powder.
