  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3 small jars strained baby carrots
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 c. Wesson oil
  • 1 c. raisins
  • 2 1/2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • dash of salt

Directions

    Mix together the eggs, sugar, carrots and pineapple.

    Add the remaining ingredients.

    Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes in a 10 x 14-inch pan (greased and floured).
