- 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1 c. Wesson oil
- 1 c. raisins
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- dash of salt
Directions

1Mix together the eggs, sugar, carrots and pineapple.

2Add the remaining ingredients.

3Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes in a 10 x 14-inch pan (greased and floured).
