  • 1 1/4 c. Crisco oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 large jars Gerber Junior carrots
  • 1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Directions

    Combine sugar, oil and eggs; beat well.

    Sift dry ingredients and add egg mixture.

    Fold in carrots and nuts.
