- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 2/3 cup Oil
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 1/2 cups Carrots, grated
- 1/2 cup each Walnuts and Raisins (optional)
- Cream Cheese Frosting
- 8 ounces Cream Cheese
- 1 1/2 cups Confectioner's Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla
- Milk
- Combine Cream Cheese, Sugar and Vanilla with electric mixer. Add enough milk to thin to a spreadable consistency.

11. Combine Sugar and Oil. Mix well.

33. Stir in Flour, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, Cinnamon and Salt.
