- 3 cups bran flakes, crushed
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sour cream
- 34 teaspoon vanilla extract

1Preheat oven to 400; line 12-cup muffin pan with paper liners.

2In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and syrup until well blended and frothy.
