  • 3 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 c. oil
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 or 3 c. grated carrots
  • 1 or 2 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Mix sugar, oil and eggs together; add flour and cinnamon.

    Stir in carrots and nuts.

    Pour into lightly greased tube pan.
