- 1 small pkg. carrots
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. grated onions
- 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 stick butter
- 12 to 14 Ritz crackers
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
Directions

1Peel and slice carrots; add sugar.

2Cover with water and cook until tender.

3In double boiler, melt butter, cheese, onions and Tabasco and cook until creamy.

4Drain carrots; put in baking dish and pour cheese sauce over carrots.

5Cover with crumbled crackers. Bake at 375° for 30 to 35 minutes or until brown.
