- 1 stick butter or oleo
- 1 lb. box Velveeta cheese
- 2 tsp. sugar
- Ritz crackers (1 pkg.)

1Layer carrots and onion in casserole dish.

2Melt cheese and butter; pour over carrots.

3Crush Ritz crackers and put on top. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.
