  • 2 cans (16 oz.) drained carrots, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 stick butter or oleo
  • 1 lb. box Velveeta cheese
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • Ritz crackers (1 pkg.)

Directions

    Layer carrots and onion in casserole dish.

    Melt cheese and butter; pour over carrots.

    Crush Ritz crackers and put on top. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.
