- 4 c. sliced carrots
- 1/2 c. sliced onions
- 1/3 c. melted oleo
- 1 c. Velveeta cheese pieces
Directions

1Boil sliced carrots and onions in water until tender.

2Melt oleo and add Velveeta cheese (cut in pieces).

3Mix well while melting.

4Add drained veggies and mix.

5Put in a greased casserole and bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.
