- 1 lb. carrots
- 1/4 c. carrot liquid
- 2 Tbsp. grated onion
- 3/4 tsp. horseradish
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. melted margarine
Directions

1Cut carrots and cook in salted water until crisp-tender. Drain, reserving 1/2 cup liquid.

2Mix onion, horseradish, mayonnaise, salt, pepper and carrot liquid.

3Combine with carrots in buttered casserole dish.

4Mix bread crumbs with melted margarine and spread over carrots.

5Bake at 375° for 15 to 20 minutes or until bubbly.
