- 4 c. cooked or candied carrots
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. herb stuffing mix, crushed
- 1/3 c. margarine, softened
Directions

1Mix all ingredients lightly.

2Pour into buttered casserole. Blend stuffing mix and softened margarine.

3Spread on carrot mixture.

4Bake for 30 minutes at 350°.
