  • 4 c. cooked or candied carrots
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. herb stuffing mix, crushed
  • 1/3 c. margarine, softened

Directions

    Mix all ingredients lightly.

    Pour into buttered casserole. Blend stuffing mix and softened margarine.

    Spread on carrot mixture.

    Bake for 30 minutes at 350°.
