- 4 c. cooked sliced carrots
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. sharp grated cheese
- 3 c. Pepperidge stuffing
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. melted butter
Directions

1Drain carrots.

2Cook onions in butter.

3Add soup and cheese and mix with carrots.

4Put in greased casserole.

5Toss stuffing and butter and put on top.

6Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.
