- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- salt, pepper, garlic powder
- flour
- 2 lb. round steak
Directions

1Cut steak in serving size pieces.

2Sprinkle pepper and garlic to taste.

3Roll in flour and brown on both sides.

4Put steak in casserole dish.

5Make thin (light brown) gravy.

6Pour over steak. Mix cream of mushroom soup with 1 1/2 cans water.

7Add to steak and gravy; stir.

8Cover and bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Serve with rice, rolls, green peas and salad.
