- 3 cans drained sliced carrots
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 large bell pepper, sliced in rings
- 1 large onion, sliced in rings
Directions

1Bring tomato soup, vinegar, sugar, oil and Worcestershire sauce to a boil.

2Arrange sliced carrots in a shallow baking dish.

3Pour mixture over carrots.

4Top with bell pepper and onion rings. Simmer in 350° oven until onions and bell peppers are tender.

5May be served warm or chilled.
