  • 3 cans drained sliced carrots
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 large bell pepper, sliced in rings
  • 1 large onion, sliced in rings

Directions

    Bring tomato soup, vinegar, sugar, oil and Worcestershire sauce to a boil.

    Arrange sliced carrots in a shallow baking dish.

    Pour mixture over carrots.

    Top with bell pepper and onion rings. Simmer in 350° oven until onions and bell peppers are tender.

    May be served warm or chilled.
