- 12 medium-large carrots
- 1 medium onion, minced
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. celery salt
- 1/2 c. Velveeta cheese
- 3 c. bread cubes
- 1/3 c. margarine
Directions

1Cut, cook and drain carrots.

2Cook onions in 1/4 cup margarine until brown.

3Stir in flour, salt and mustard.

4Add milk and stir until smooth.

5Add pepper, celery salt and cheese; stir until cheese melts.

6Put carrots in casserole and pour sauce over carrots.

7Mix.

8Melt 1/3 cup margarine and mix with bread cubes. Put on top.

9Bake in a 350° oven for 35 to 45 minutes.
