  • 4 to 6 carrots, sliced and cooked soft
  • 6 to 8 bacon strips, fried and drained
  • 2 Tbsp. bacon drippings
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes (with onion, etc., in it)
  • 1/3 c. sugar

Directions

    Put carrots in greased casserole dish.

    Add remaining ingredients. Top with buttered crumbs.

    Place in oven at 325° until bubbly.
