- 2 lb. carrots
- 2 c. water
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 8 oz. softened Velveeta cheese
- 2 or 3 green onions
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
Directions

1Peel and slice carrots.

2Cook in water and bouillon cubes. When done, drain the water.

3Add sour cream and cheese to carrots. Cook onions in margarine.

4Mix all together and bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350°.
