Carrot Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. carrots
  • 2 c. water
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 8 oz. softened Velveeta cheese
  • 2 or 3 green onions
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine

Directions

    Peel and slice carrots.

    Cook in water and bouillon cubes. When done, drain the water.

    Add sour cream and cheese to carrots. Cook onions in margarine.

    Mix all together and bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350°.
