- 2 cans finger long carrots
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
Directions

1Drain carrots and spread in bottom of casserole dish.

2Saute the onions and 1/2 stick of margarine or cook 2 minutes in microwave.

3Mix the sauteed onions, soup and cheese and spread over carrots.

4Melt the other 1/2 stick of margarine and mix with stuffing.

5Sprinkle over top of casserole.

6Bake until bubbly, 20 to 25 minutes in 350° oven.
