Carrot Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 cans finger long carrots
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing

Directions

    Drain carrots and spread in bottom of casserole dish.

    Saute the onions and 1/2 stick of margarine or cook 2 minutes in microwave.

    Mix the sauteed onions, soup and cheese and spread over carrots.
  4. 4
    Melt the other 1/2 stick of margarine and mix with stuffing.
  5. 5
    Sprinkle over top of casserole.

    Bake until bubbly, 20 to 25 minutes in 350° oven.
