- 1 lb. carrots, sliced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 c. grated mild Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. crumbled stuffing mix
Directions

1Cook carrots until tender; drain.

2Saute the onion in the margarine.

3Combine all but the stuffing mix.

4Place in a casserole dish.

5Sprinkle stuffing mix over the top.

6Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
