- 4 c. sliced carrots
- 1 medium onion
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
- 3 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
- 1/2 c. melted butter
Directions

1Cook carrots until almost tender.

2Drain and set aside.

3Chop onion and melt 3 tablespoons butter and salt.

4Add cream of celery soup, salt and pepper.

5Add around 3/4 can of water.

6Heat until warm.

7Place carrots in casserole pan.

8Pour soup mixture over. On top, add Mozzarella cheese.

9Melt 1/2 cup butter.

10Pour over bread stuffing, then put on top of Mozzarella cheese.

11Cover and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
