- 1 1/2 lb. carrots
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 sticks margarine
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. plain flour
Directions

1Cook carrots until done; drain. Place all ingredients in blender or food processor and incorporate all together. Spray 9 x 13-inch baking dish and bake casserole until set and lightly brown at 350° (approximately 45 minutes). Sprinkle with sugar.
