- 2 (15 or 16 oz.) carrots
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 very small onion
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- grated or shredded cheese
Directions

1Brown onion in butter in skillet.

2Add cream of celery soup. Cook carrots separately until almost tender.

3Mix carrots with onion and soup mixture in baking dish.

4Top with cheese.

5Bake at 350° for 10 to 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
