  • 2 c. carrots, shredded and cooked
  • 1 c. fine bread crumbs
  • 1 c. cream
  • 2 Tbsp. celery, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley
  • 2 Tbsp. grated onion
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 Tbsp. melted butter

Directions

    Mix carrots with bread crumbs, cream, celery, parsley, onion, eggs and melted butter and put in a ring mold.

    Set mold in water and bake 1 hour at 325°.

    Unmold onto serving plate and fill the center of the mold with creamed peas or peas with cheese sauce.
