- 2 c. carrots, shredded and cooked
- 1 c. fine bread crumbs
- 1 c. cream
- 2 Tbsp. celery, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
- 2 Tbsp. grated onion
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 Tbsp. melted butter
Directions

1Mix carrots with bread crumbs, cream, celery, parsley, onion, eggs and melted butter and put in a ring mold.

2Set mold in water and bake 1 hour at 325°.

3Unmold onto serving plate and fill the center of the mold with creamed peas or peas with cheese sauce.
