  • 1 bag frozen sliced carrots
  • 1 box croutons
  • 3/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 clove garlic, pressed

Directions

    Layer carrots, croutons, and cheese.

    Saute onions and garlic in margarine.

    Add flour to the pan and stir well.

    Add milk and cook until thickened.

    Pour over the carrots.

    Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes until brown on the top.
