- 1 bunch carrots, sliced
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- dash of Tabasco
- diced onion to taste
Directions

1Boil carrots (sliced) until just tender.

2Melt butter; add Velveeta, Tabasco and onion; stir until cheese melts.

3Add butter cheese mix to drained carrots.

4Place in buttered casserole. Cover with bread crumbs.

5Bake at 350° until bubbly about 20 minutes.
