- 2 c. finely grated carrots
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. cheese
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 c. Pepperidge Farm dressing
Directions

1Mix carrots, onion, celery, sour cream and cheese.

2Pour into 1-quart baking dish.

3Melt oleo; add 1/2 cup cheese and Pepperidge Farm dressing.

4Mix and sprinkle over carrot mixture.

5Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.

6Cover with foil, if topping is getting too brown.
