  • 1/2 (8 oz.) container reduced calorie, soft-style cream cheese
  • 3 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp. fines herbes, crushed
  • 1/4 c. wheat and barley nugget cereal, crushed
  • 1 small cucumber, sliced
  • crackers
