  • 1/2 (8 oz.) container reduced-calorie soft style cream cheese
  • 3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp. fine herbs, crushed
  • 1 small cucumber
  • 1/4 c. Grape-Nuts cereal

    Finely shred the carrots.

    In a small mixing bowl, stir together carrots, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese and fine herbs. Cover and chill cheese mixture for at least 1 hour or overnight.
