  • 2 c. grated coconut
  • 1 c. raisins
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 2 c. unsifted flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. finely shredded carrots
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 c. sugar
