- 2 lb. carrots
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 onion
- 1 can condensed tomato soup
- 1/2 c. sugar (may add up to 1 c.)
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1 tsp. each: salt, pepper and dry mustard
Directions

1Cook cleaned and sliced carrots in unsalted water until tender.

2Drain and place in bowl with chopped pepper and onion. Make a sauce of remaining ingredients.

3Bring sauce to boil and pour over carrots.
