Ingredients

  • 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained (save juice)
  • 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained (save juice)
  • 1 can chunky mixed fruit
  • 4 bananas, sliced
  • 1 1/2 c. pineapple juice (use juice from pineapple and oranges)
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding

    Cook pudding as package directions using juices as liquid. Drain all fruit well.

    Add pudding mixture with fruit. Refrigerate.

    Can also use instant pudding if you rather (same measurements).
