- 5 whole Carrots, Shredded
- 1/2 cups Olive Oil
- 1/2 cups White Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 piece Fresh Ginger, Grated (about 2 Inches)
- 1/2 cups Raisins
