- 1 cup thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping
- 1 tsp. ground cardamom
Directions

1Bring carrots and milk to boil in nonstick skillet on high heat; cover.

2Simmer on medium-low heat 20 min.

3or until carrots are tender, stirring occasionally.

4Stir in sugar and half the trail mix; cook, uncovered, on medium-high heat 15 min.

5or until thickened, stirring frequently.

6Cool 15 min.
