  • 2 medium carrots or 1/4 cup carrot juice
  • 1 small mango, peeled and cubed
  • 1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • Salt
