  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3/4 c. crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 c. canola oil
  • 3/4 c. buttermilk
  • 1/2 c. shredded carrots
  • 1/2 c. walnuts
  • 2 c. sugar
