- 1 large bunch carrots
- 1 c. tomato soup
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 3/4 c. sugar (or sweeten to taste)
- 1/2 c. onions, sliced
- 1/2 c. green peppers, sliced
Directions

1Pare and cut carrots.

2Cook until firm (not soft).

3While carrots are cooking, in another saucepan add tomato soup, vinegar and sugar over medium heat unti thick.

4Drain carrots while still hot.

5Put in dish with onion and green pepper slices.

6Pour sauce over carrots.

7Let stand overnight in refrigerator.
