  • 3/4 c. packed brown sugar
  • 1 c. evaporated milk
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 1/4 tsp. each nutmeg and salt
  • 1 tsp. flour
  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
