- 1 1/2 c. mashed carrots
- 1 stick butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. evaporated milk
- 3 eggs
- nutmeg
- vanilla flavoring
Directions

1Put mashed carrots in bowl; add butter, flour, sugar, eggs and milk.

3Pour in an unbaked pie crust and bake in a 400° oven until nicely browned.
