- 1 1/2 c. cooked, mashed carrots (about 1 1/2 lb.)
- 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 2/3 c. evaporated milk
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell
Directions

1Combine first 6 ingredients in container of electric blender. Process on high speed until smooth.

3Bake at 375° for 35 to 40 minutes or until set.
