- 1/2 c. margarine
- 3/4 c. raisins
- 1 1/2 c. grated carrots
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 tsp. vanilla essence
- 1/2 c. grape juice
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. sugar or honey
- 2 tsp. baking powder
Directions

1Cream margarine.

2Add beaten egg, raisins, grated carrots and vanilla essence; mix well.

3Sift dry ingredients and add to first mixture.

4Stir in grape juice last and mix well.

5Pour into greased, floured pan and bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes or until done.
