  • 1 1/2 tsp. instant minced onion
  • 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 12 oz. cream-style cottage cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. pimento or snipped parsley

    Combine onion, salt and cheese.

    Beat well with mixer; chill several hours.

    Stir in pimento and parsley.

    Serve with celery, carrots, green pepper strips or any of your favorite raw vegetables.
