  • 12 carrots
  • 4 to 5 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. cognac

    Boil carrots until soft.

    Puree in Cuisinart all ingredients. Place in casserole and cool for 40 to 45 minutes at 350°.
