- 2 lb. carrots
- 1 medium onion
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 small bell pepper
- 1 can tomato sauce soup (undiluted)
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Boil carrots, pepper and onion (carrots should be sliced crosswise) in salt and water just until tender.

2Do not overcook. Mix the soup, sugar, oil, vinegar, mustard and Worcestershire sauce.

3Cook together.

4Bring to a good boil for a minute or so. Pour over carrots, pepper and onion.
