  • 1 c. carrots, cooked and mashed
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. onions, finely minced
  • 2 c. cheese, grated
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Put all ingredients into blender for about 30 seconds until smooth.

    Pour into greased ring or casserole and bake 50 minutes at 350°.

    Unmold (if baked in a ring) onto a warm plate.
