- 1 pkg. carrots
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1/4 c. oil
Directions

1Wash, scrape and slice carrots into pan with lid.

2Add small amount of water and cook until just tender-crisp.

3Drain.

4Add 1/4 cup each of vinegar, sugar and oil.

5Salt to taste.

6If needed to cover carrots, you may add equal amounts of vinegar, sugar and oil.

7Chill before serving.
