  • 1 (10 ounce) bagof shredded carrots
  • 12 cup raisins
  • 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 34 cup of just mayo mayonnaise
  • 14 cup half-and-half cream
  • 18 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 pinch salt

Directions

    In a large mixing bowl, add the carrots and raisins and stir until combined.

    In another large bowl, add the mayo, half and half, apple cider vinegar, crushed and drained pineapple, sugar, and salt.

    Stir until thoroughly mixed.

    Add the mayo mixture to the carrots and raisins.

    Mix ingredients together with two forks until combined.

    This recipe can be served immediately or placed in the refrigerator to chill for 1 hour before serving.
