- 1 (10 ounce) bagof shredded carrots
- 12 cup raisins
- 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 34 cup of just mayo mayonnaise
- 14 cup half-and-half cream
- 18 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 pinch salt
Directions

1In a large mixing bowl, add the carrots and raisins and stir until combined.

2In another large bowl, add the mayo, half and half, apple cider vinegar, crushed and drained pineapple, sugar, and salt.

3Stir until thoroughly mixed.

4Add the mayo mixture to the carrots and raisins.

5Mix ingredients together with two forks until combined.

6This recipe can be served immediately or placed in the refrigerator to chill for 1 hour before serving.
